Whole Wheat Pancake Mix

Directions:
Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs,
add water and oil. Mix together. Add dry pancake mix until
well moistened. Let batter stand for 5 minutes.
Add additional water to desired consistency if necessary.
Pour batter on greased griddle. Cook until golden brown
and serve with butter and your favorite syrup.
(Unused batter may be stored in the refrigerator for later use.)
Ingredients:
Fresh Ground ORGANIC Whole Wheat Flour, brown sugar (sugar, invert sugar,
cane molasses), nonfat dry milk, powdered buttermilk, powdered honey
(honey powder, fructose, modified corn starch), aluminum free baking powder
(sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch and monocalcium
phosphate), salt. (Contains Wheat and Milk)
