ALL NATURAL - Ground from Hard White Spring Wheat.  Used for an old fashioned hot breakfast cereal (recipe included) or adds a crunchy texture to baked goods such as bread or pancakes. Screened to remove the "fines" and ensure a consistent product.   White Wheat has a milder flavor than traditional red wheat. Packaged in plastic lined paper bags with a tin tie for resealing (2lb only).
